In order to protect you, your family, and our employees, we are asking you to come to the office upon your arrival and sign in for your visit and return to your car.

If you are being seen at our Turkey Lake office, please call the office and advise you are already parked at the garage and we will secure your place in line.

A text message will be sent to your cellular phone with the code word ‘Ready’ when your room is available for your visit.

Please remain in your room during your time at our office and we ask you to leave when your visit is completed.

If you are infected or you think you may be infected with the Corona Virus – COVID-19, call our number for prior advice before coming to our office.

We will remain open unless otherwise instructed by local health officials.

Brief history and helpful hints on the CORONAVIRUS - COVID-19

DEFINITION: COVID-19, originally known as2019-nCoV, is a strain of a large family of coronaviruses which can be transmitted from animals to humans. It was first identified in Wuhan, China in 2019.

SYMPTOMS: COVID-19 symptoms are similar to the cold or flu, and may take up to 14 days to appear after exposure to the virus. Be vigilant as severe cases may lead to pneumonia, kidney failure or death.

PREVENTION:

• • Wash Hands Frequently, use soap and water for visibly dirty hands or an alcohol-based hand rub frequently for non-visibly dirty hands.
• • Practice Respiratory Hygiene, when coughing and sneezing, cover mouth and nose with flexed elbow or tissue, discard tissue immediately into a closed bin and clean your hands with alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water.
• • Maintain Social Distancing, maintain at least 3 feet distance between yourself and other people, particularly those who are coughing, sneezing and have a fever.If you are too close, you can breathe in the virus.
• • Avoid Touching Eyes, Nose & Mouth, your hands touch many surfaces which can be contaminated with the virus. If you touch your eyes, nose or mouth with your contaminated hands, you can transfer the virus from the surface to yourself.
• • If you have fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical care early and tell your health care provider if you have traveled or have been in close proximity or contact with an individual that travelled to China, South Korea, Italy, Iran, or been to a Cruise, where the virus has been reported.
• • If you have mild respiratory symptoms and no travel history to or within the places listed above, you should still seek medical care and be sure to carefully practice basic respiratory and hand hygiene and stay home until you are recovered, if possible.
• • If you are going to visit farms, live animal markets, wet markets, animal product markets or contact with wild animals make sure regular hand washing with soap and potable water after touching animals and animal products.
• • Please, avoid eating raw or undercooked animal products and handle raw meat, milk or animal flesh with care, to avoid cross-contamination with uncooked foods.
